| Greg Spears started in real estate in 1974
doing site location work with Motel 6 and Sambo’s Restaurants
in the southeast. From 1978 to 1982 he sold business opportunities
(mainly restaurants) on the Monterey peninsula until moving
back to the southeast and establishing Spears Realty in 1983.
The company has specialized in locating properties
for commercial and industrial uses customized especially for
the client. In 1998” Boone Station” a planned unit
development was created in Burlington,N.C. with Greg Spears
being co/developer of the project which is to be completed
in early 2005.
